Our beautiful bamboo bar(s) inspired by the Tiki Bar culture from the 50's and 60's accentuates any atmosphere. About our Founder Melissa:

A Maui resident since 1995, Melissa has worked and managed a variety of positions in the food & beverage industry for 15 years.

As a bartender at Maui's finest restaurants and hotels she noticed the need for exemplary service and high quality cocktails in the private sector. Melissa started Maui Cocktail Catering in 2004. Maui Cocktail Catering provides an opportunity to be creative and raise the standards of service on Maui. Her service is characteristic of attention to detail and a friendly, positive attitude.

To arrange a tasting to plan your special event contact us or visit us Friday's or Saturday's at Hotel Wailea for out new event, "Weekend Lounge" promising to be Maui's best cocktail mingling scene with live music and DJ dance tunes between 5pm and 7pm. This event is next to Capiche inside Hotel Wailea at the main lobby area. Hotel Wailea (previously called Diamond Resort) is past Mulligan's on top of the hill by the blue golf course.
